Apricot Kernels

Apricot kernels are amazing, read up on them if you dont believe me.

Apricot Kernels are also high in Cyanide so there is some controversy over them, if they are eaten in large quantities can show the symptoms of cyanide poisoning but I, and many others believe their anti-cancer properties are well worth the risk.

They taste like marzipan but with a nutty texture like almonds. They're very tasty and even my dog joins me in eating 5 a day. We love em!

The packs I am selling are 50g and are not the bitter kind (bitter kernels have the highest cyanide content) so you can safely eat up to 350g per day... great news! These kernels have come from Pakistan in a non chilled container ship so are 'kind to our world' and they are also completely fairtrade... fantastico!
